Help Resources

“I’ve died a thousand deaths, each time reinventing myself brighter, stronger, and purer than before. From the midst of destruction, I became the creator of myself. From the midst of darkness, I became my own source of light.” By Cristen Rodgers

“Create for yourself the the possibility something amazing can happen and something amazing WILL happen.” ~Landmark Forum

Grounding Innovations is working hard to expand our resource network to help individuals suffering from Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Our mission is help and empower members of our communities by providing a free intervention tool to help ground and redirect mental energy.

We believe trauma is not the end of one’s life but the beginning of a beautiful journey that encompasses healing, empowerment, self-realization and personal growth. It marks the beginning of powerful transformative work with infinite possibilities and outcomes.

Although PTSD can have serious debilitating effects, it is not a mark of shame, but a badge of courage. PTSD both demonstrates the human capacity to survive horrifying events and the human power to redefine, shape, and transform futures. Likewise, PTSD does not represent brokenness, but the human tenacity, strength, endurance and will to survive.

Posttraumatic Stress and Acute Stress can affect anyone from any population group. The most notable groups who develop posttraumatic stress disorder are active-duty service members, veterans and our first responders. Furthermore, vulnerable population groups such as those with victims of domestic violence, individuals with disabilities, members of the LGBTQ community, and minority groups have significantly higher risk. However, it is important to remember emergency doctors and physicians can experience trauma and significant stressors or life-threatening emergencies (such as those who serviced our communities during the COVID-19 Pandemic).

Grounding innovations works hard to expand our resources to make them available to you.

Thank You

Tikvah Ivri/Manager.
